This policy shares what information we collect, how it is collected/used, and why. Your use and interaction with our site in any way constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by this policy. SLI does not and will never sell your personal information. Any and all information that is exchanged between the customer and SLI is considered completely private and fully confidential information. At times, we may collect and share information with third parties which is done securely. More information on the data we collect and how we use it can be found below.
What information do we collect?
SLI collects Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) that is voluntarily submitted by you. PII relates to any information that can directly be traced back to a specific individual. This information includes:
- First and last name
- Address (country, street, state, city and zip code)
- Phone number
We never store your sensitive financial information. This includes information used to process payments such as your credit card information, banking info, or any other financial information. Such info is only used to process your payment and is done securely.
We also collect Aggregate and Anonymous Information (“AAI”) in order to improve our products and service. Such information differs from PII as it cannot directly identify or be traced back to a specific individual. Such information can include consumer behavior patterns such as browsing trends/navigation and general demographic information.
How do we use the information we collect?
The information we collect is ultimately used to enhance our site and offerings. The PII you submit to us is used for various functionalities related to maintaining your account and/or verifying your identity when using our site. This information, along with other AAI, may be used with third parties for the purposes of data analyses. Such data may be shared with affiliates for measurement and advertising purposes, including targeted advertisements. This data is transferred securely for your protection and is solely used to analyze and improve your overall experience with our site. We may also use your personal information where necessary to abide by applicable laws and legal obligations.

Some of the content on our site may link to other sites, products, and/or services not owned by SLI. We are not responsible for any information collected from said site(s) resulting from exiting our site as we do not have any influence in the operations controlled by third parties. Such information collected from any third-party sites shall exercise from their respected policies.
All users can opt-out of functions that are not deemed necessary to operate our site. Email communications pertaining to promotions and/or newsletters are considered non-essential functions in which users can opt-out or unsubscribe.
Please note that our marketing emails operate separately from order-related email communications, and thus unsubscribing does not necessarily mean all email communication will cease. You may unsubscribe (opt-out) from these email communications directly within the email or submit a request to email@example.com. If necessary, we may follow up on your request from the address provided for any clarification.
Additional Information for California Residents
You may request that we disclose to you what personal information we have collected, used, or shared about you, and why we collected, used, or shared that information at any time. You may contact us with all requests at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond to your request within 45-90 calendar days.
You may request that we delete personal information collected from you. Please note that the information we collect is protected under this policy and any information collected by third parties is subject to their own policies. In some instances, we must keep your information as required by law, this policy, or terms of service. We must verify that the person making a request to delete is the consumer about whom we have personal information. We may need to ask you for additional information for verification purposes. If we ask for personal information to verify your identity, it can only be used for this verification purpose.
There are exceptions to all rights. Common reasons why we cannot delete your personal information include:
- We cannot verify your request
- To complete your transaction, provide a reasonably anticipated product or service, or for certain warranty and product recall purposes
- For certain business security practices
- For certain internal uses that are compatible with reasonable consumer expectations or the context in which the information was provided
- To comply with the IRD or tax laws, other legal obligations, exercise legal claims or rights, or defend legal claims
- If the personal information is certain medical information, consumer credit reporting information, or other types of information exempt from the CCPA
We cannot deny goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level or quality of goods or services just because you exercised your rights under the CCPA. However, if you refuse to provide your personal information to us or ask us to delete your personal information, and that personal information is necessary for us to provide you with goods or services, we may not be able to complete that transaction.
