Return Policy

We guarantee the quality of all of our products. Each of our products are proudly manufactured in our facility using a variety of industry standard and state-of-the-art processes. As a result, our return policy may vary for each product.

    100% refund or exchange on any defective or incorrect blank label orders.

  • Preprinted Labels

    100% refund or exchange on any defective or incorrect preprinted label order.

  • Custom Printed Products

    100% refund or reprint on any defective custom printed orders.

Return the product

After our customer service team has approved your return, reprint, or exchange you may return the product.

Refund, reprint, or exchange

Once we've received the product we'll issue you a refund, start your reprint, or send out your new product.

Defective or Incorrect Products: All of our materials are sold with the understanding that the customer has determined the stock (paper material, label material, adhesives, liners, usability, suitability, print quality, and all related variables to the purchased product) is suitable for the application prior to the time of purchase. Approved custom printed products are non-refundable. Determination of any product claimed to be defective is at the discretion of management. Refunds, returns, or exchanges of any kind will be pending an evaluation by management. In most cases, clients will be requested to submit digital photos documenting the product defect and/or ship the defective products back to customer service in order for their product's defectiveness to be determined. Custom printed orders are not generally able to be identifiable as defective products.

Any and all policies are subject to change without prior notification. All requests for returns, exchanges, refunds, notices of product defectiveness, or credits must be received within 30 business days of any standard blank label items being delivered, and within 1 business day of any custom printed products or custom label items being delivered. Any returnable products require an RMA number to be issued. Re-stocking fees and/or other fees may apply to returns depending on the valuation and/or defectiveness rating, at the discretion of management. Turnaround and shipping for reprint orders will vary depending upon available production capacity and manager's discretion. Cancellation of custom items which are non-standard items or products (custom sizes, custom materials, or custom design and/or printing) are subject to additional handling or processing fees that may amount to the full price of the original order.
