I find ordering ver cumbersome and our last order was the wrong size and no help to correct the error was offered.

The process was well laid out. Clear instructions. Clear information about what would be received. Multiple checkpoints to ensure product would turn out as expected. Option for very tiny circle stickers was impressive. Dimensions were displayed clearly.
It was an easy process start to finish and there was a lot of confirmation about what steps were being taken, i.e. emails immediately following up after submissions.
Oh and pricing was FAIR for customized options!

Beautiful labels. The only issue I had, was waiting on them. I paid for 2 day shipping and it took longer.
