Easy to order and the labels are good quality. The templates with the margins print right. The selection of paper type for your printing needs are awesome.

When you shipped our package in a flimsy envelope it was all beat up.
the cellophane was ripped up and the sheets were loose. I was surprise that the pages were not all bent on the corners.
The shipping envelope was taped upon the outside. The envelope was in bad shape.
You could have at least put it in a plastic bag and seal it.
The shipping was just plain Terrible.
