I like the quality of the labels and up until this last order I have been very impressed by the quick turnaround in receiving my labels. The last order has not arrived yet and it has been 11 days since I ordered. I know they were shipped the same day I ordered and believe the problem may rest with the shipper you are selecting to get them to me. The order before that I had in 3 days.
