I chose 2-day shipping. Why has my order not shipped in 2 days?

Production times and shipping times are different. 2-Day shipping refers to the time in transit, not production time. View your item in your cart to see your printing (production) time. You can expedite this if you wish.

By default, the standard printing time for custom printed orders is 4 business days (Monday-Friday). However, we offer a longer printing time at a discount as well as expedited 2-day and 24-hour rush options for an additional fee. Blank orders ship in 1-3 business days. This information is displayed on all blank item pages. The production time will depend on the material and quantity chosen.

Once you proceed to checkout review, input your shipping address details to see available shipping methods. Again, you have the option to expedite your shipping. These include 2-day and next day options. The lowest-cost shipping method is automatically selected by default.
